Permanent Cosmetics are safe, and allergic reactions to Permanent Cosmetics are extremely rare. Technicians do skin testing either routinely or upon request before treatment. There may be some swelling and/or bruising of area that will last up to a week; however, you should be able to return to daily activities immediately.
